This website is operated by Jenna K Art. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jenna K Art. Jenna K Art offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

PRICING
Original artwork (oil paintings) on this website are priced as available, sold, reserved or not for sale (NFS).
The prices shown do not include shipping costs, customs fees or duties. There is no VAT payable.
If buying from outside of the UK, please check if any import or other taxes are applicable. The buyer is solely responsible for these. Please check you are happy with this before ordering.
All original artwork and prints come unframed unless discussed prior to ordering.
ARTWORK
Some images on Jenna K Art’s website or social sites, are used for presentation/reference purposes and may not reflect the artworks’ true scale.
Please refer to painting / print dimensions in the description for exact artwork size.
Due to different smartphones and monitors used by customers, artworks shown in these images may not correspond exactly to the true physical form of the art itself.
The material on this site and other Jenna K Art social media channels is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on the site is at your own risk.
DRYING TIME
As oil paints are used in original artworks, in some cases, it can take up to 4-6 weeks before a painting is fully dry, varnished and ready to be shipped.
RESERVING ARTWORK
Unfortunately, we no longer reserve artwork.

PAYMENTS
Please read through all of the terms and conditions before placing your order.
We only accept one form of payment per order, but you can purchase as many products at the same time as you wish. We accept forms of payment methods listed below:

When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact the bank you are making the payment with.
We also offer payment plans through PayPal and Klarna – a more affordable way of purchasing art you love.
When paying in installments, you do not have to wait for installments to be paid in full to receive your order. After paying your first down payment on your installment plan, you will receive your order in 6-8 weeks! So you can pay off your piece while it’s hanging on your wall!
If your bank card that you are using to pay off your installments gets lost or stolen, please contact the payment plan provider (PayPal or Klarna) to update them with your new card details to avoid missed payment.
ORDER PURCHASED
Once you have made your payment, your order is complete and you will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. This will outline your order number and payment plan.
SHIPPING
We offer UK and international shipping on originals and prints.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please contact hello@jennakart.com to calculate shipping if your location is not available at checkout.
Paintings are packaged as safely as possible using foam, sturdy cardboard and sometimes plywood and then shipped by courier. In some cases, with larger paintings, a wooden crate will be used for extra protection. The utmost care and attention goes into packaging each painting.
For international orders, paintings larger than 50cm on its longest side, will be taken off its stretcher bars and rolled up and packaged in a tube. This keeps shipping costs down and also keeps the artwork as safe as possible during shipping. Once delivered, the painting can then be taken to a framers where they will re-stretch it back onto new bars, and if preferred, framed.
If you would like your painting to remain on the stretchers, we can offer our international orders that option at checkout. Please bear in mind that with this method, shipping can become extremely costly.
Please note, we triple check all paintings before being packaged and dispatched. We also insure all our paintings during shipping.
TAX AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
If buying from outside of the UK please check if any import or other taxes are applicable. The buyer is solely responsible for these. Please check you are happy with this before ordering. If you neglect to address customs enquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to your shipment, resulting in the package being returned to us, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it.
CHANGE OR AMEND YOUR SHIPPING DETAILS
Please ensure that the correct delivery address has been included at checkout. If you have entered your delivery details incorrectly or would like to modify your delivery information, please contact us (hello@jennakart.com) as soon as possible.
Shipping information, including delivery address can not be modified once the order has been dispatched.
Please note: orders provided with an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of resending the parcel if the correct address is not provided before dispatch.
DELIVERY TIME
Your artwork will typically be dispatched between 4-6 weeks after the point of purchase unless specified otherwise.
If you would like express delivery or would like your order sent after a specific date please reach out to (hello@jennakart.com) for more details on how we can tailor the delivery process to your needs.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
In most cases, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please contact the shipping company if you need to amend this.
We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as your artwork makes its way safely to its new home.
ARRIVAL
When your artwork arrives, please be very careful not to damage the artwork inside. Do not use sharp knives or blades to open the packaging.
When unpacked, please ensure you handle the artwork / print carefully, with freshly cleaned hands. Stretched canvas oil paintings can easily be damaged by sharp objects etc.
CANCELLATION
Cancel my order: Please email hello@jennakart.com within 48 hours of making a purchase to cancel your order and receive a refund.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of Editions, Original Artworks and exclusive stock, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns or refunds.
If your item has arrived damaged, please follow the instructions under the title ‘DAMAGES’, found below. Thank you.
DAMAGES
We take the utmost care in ensuring each artwork is checked and wrapped carefully so that you receive your order in perfect condition.
If, in the rare event, upon delivery you notice any damage to the package itself before opening, please ensure you do the following:

Take photos of the damage to the outside of the packaging before opening it.

Take photos of any damage to the artwork inside the package.

All our original paintings are insured during shipment. If a claim is made because of damage during transit, you will receive a full refund for the damaged painting, and shipping will be arranged for the painting to be returned back to the artist.
If you accidentally damage your artwork, please contact the Artist, we will do everything we can to help.
MATERIALS AND CARE OF YOUR ORIGINAL ART/PRINT.
Once your order has arrived, ideally, you want to hang your original artwork up as soon as possible, or store it safely and securely until you’re ready to display.
Prints ideally should be framed as soon as possible. We recommend using art glass to minimise glare/reflections and maintain that true artwork look and feel.
COPYRIGHT
All copyright on all original artworks produced is retained by the Artist, Jenna K Art.
Of course, you are very welcome to share photographs of your new artwork with friends. However photographs of artworks may not be used for any commercial purposes, unless by express prior written consent of the artist.
You are not permitted to make reproductions of any original artworks by the Artist, unless by express prior written consent of the Artist.
