This website is operated by Jenna K Art. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jenna K Art. Jenna K Art offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

PRICING
Original artwork (oil paintings) on this website are priced as sold, reserved or not for sale (NFS).
The prices shown do not include shipping costs. There is no VAT payable.
If buying from outside of the UK, please check if any import or other taxes are applicable. The buyer is solely responsible for these.
All original artwork comes unframed.
Artwork is sold on a first come first serve basis.
ARTWORK
Some images on this site are used for presentation/reference purposes and may not reflect the artworks’ true scale.
Please refer to painting dimensions in the description for exact size of canvas.
Due to different smartphones and monitors used by customers, artworks shown in these images may not correspond exactly to the true physical form of the art itself.
The material on this site and other Jenna K social media channels is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on the site is at your own risk.
DRYING TIME
As oil paints are used in original artworks, in some cases, it can take up to 4-6 weeks before a painting is fully dry, varnished and ready to be shipped.
RESERVING ARTWORK
If you would like to reserve an original piece of artwork which has not been made officially available or is not yet complete, please contact hello@jennakart.com to reserve the piece.
Reservations will be held for up to 7 days without payment.
The estimated costs of shipping and packaging will be discussed with you.
You will receive a confirmation email of your reservation, together with a pro-forma invoice.
All details will be supplied on the invoice.
Once payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note – if artwork is not yet complete, dispatch could take up to 6 weeks from when the artwork is considered ‘complete’, to allow for drying time.
Once dispatched, you will receive a final email confirming this and estimated date of delivery.
ORDERING

You will be sent a pro-forma invoice of which all details will be provided, including shipping costs (where applicable).
Once payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note – artwork can sometimes take up to 6 weeks before dispatch, to allow for drying time.
Once dispatched, you will receive a final email confirming this and estimated date of delivery.
PAYMENTS
Please read through all of the terms and conditions, and check the final price on the invoice, before placing your order.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (BACS or SWIFT for international orders), as well as Stripe (although may incur an additional fee).
Payments must be made in full. We do not offer payment plans.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs of artwork can be expensive, particularly if deliverying overseas. I give customers the option on how they would like their artwork shipped (in a crate or take off the stretcher bars and tubed), depending on cost. Either option ensures the artwork will arrive safely.
Please contact hello@jennakart.com with your delivery address to calculate shipping cost to your location. If buying from outside of the UK please check if any import or other taxes are applicable. The buyer is solely responsible for these. If you neglect to address customs enquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to your shipment, resulting in the package being returned to us, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it.
Paintings are packaged as safely as possible using foam and sturdy cardboard/plywood lined. In some cases, with larger paintings, a wooden crate will be used for extra protection or tubes. The utmost care and attention goes into packaging each painting and photos taken thoroughly of the artwork before and during packaging.
For international orders, large scale paintings will be taken off its stretcher bars and rolled up and packaged in a tube. This keeps shipping costs down and also keeps the artwork as safe as possible during shipping. Once delivered, the painting can then be taken to a framers where they will re-stretch it back onto new bars, and if preferred, framed.
We also offer wooden crate deliveries for international orders. Please bear in mind that with this method, shipping can become very costly.
Please note, we triple check all paintings before being packaged and dispatched. We also insure all our paintings during shipping.
Postal address changes cannot be changed once the painting has been dispatched.
DELIVERY
When your artwork arrives, please be very careful not to damage the artwork inside. Do not use sharp knives or blades to open the packaging.
When unpacked, please ensure you handle the artwork carefully. Stretched canvas oil paintings can easily be damaged by sharp objects etc.
CANCELLATION

Cancel my order: Please email hello@jennakart.com within 48 hours of making a purchase to cancel your order and receive a refund.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of Editions, Original Artworks and exclusive stock, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns or refunds.
If your item has arrived damaged, please follow the instructions under the title ‘DAMAGES’, found below.
DAMAGES
We take the utmost care in ensuring each artwork is checked and wrapped carefully so that you receive your order in perfect condition.
If, in the rare event, upon delivery you notice any damage to the package itself before opening, please ensure you do the following:

Take photos of the damage to the outside of the packaging before opening it.

Take photos of any damage to the artwork inside the package.

All our paintings are insured during shipment. If a claim is made because of damage during transit, you will receive a full refund for the damaged painting, and shipping will be arranged for the painting to be returned back to the artist.
If you accidentally damage your artwork, please contact the Artist, we will do everything we can to help.
MATERIALS AND CARE OF YOUR ARTWORK
Once your order has arrived, ideally, you want to hang your artwork up as soon as possible, or stored safely and securely until you’re ready to display.
COPYRIGHT
All copyright on all original artworks produced is retained by the Artist, Jenna K Art.
Of course, you are very welcome to share photographs of your new artwork with friends. However photographs of artworks may not be used for any commercial purposes, unless by express prior written consent of the artist.
You are not permitted to make reproductions of any original artworks by the Artist, unless by express prior written consent of the Artist.
