All paintings are tracked, insured and shipped by courier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping (outside the UK) of paintings larger than 60 cm on its longest side, is removed from the stretcher bars, packed in a special package (heavy duty postal tube) and delivered directly to your door by courier. This is by far the most affordable way to ship larger paintings and ensures safety during transit.

You can then take your painting to a local framers to be re-stretched and framed, if you choose.

Crated/boxed international shipping is available by request for collectors who want it. This is a much more expensive alternative but allows your painting to arrive ‘ready-to-hang’. Please email hello@jennakart.com before purchase, for a custom shipping quote.

TAXES
Taxes are not included. Shipments may be subject to custom taxes and duties on import. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to pay any charges that arise as a result of any customs taxes and duties.
MATERIALS & CARE

Avoid any contact with skin, oils and moisture of hands. Extremely delicate to dents, dust and scratches.

We recommend using a dry, microfibre cloth to keep painting free of dust.
